I love these water shoes I have been wanting some for quite some time now since I do not like to touch slimy bottoms of water and I love the water! I wear an eight and a half and I am wondering if I could go up to a nine but these do fit me fine.

The new shoes are less bulky and the sole is thinner but not too thin. I like the new color, too! But, I will use my old ones if I swim in a lake where there are rocks and who knows what else.

These are so comfortable, I have taken to wear them as slippers. They are so light it feels like you are wearing nothing. The fabric is soft and hugs your foot very slightly and the sole is non slip and cushioned enough to make walking in them all day very easy.

I am a lap and open water (ocean/lakes) swimmer. I bought these shoes to protect my feet on shore before swims and also thought I might need to wear them as I swim where river and lake bottoms might be unpredictable.

My shoes survived 7 days of hard usage in and out of the pool and on normal walks around the resort. And I still have it with me in perfect condition. Make sure you rinse them after every usage, and it will last in good condition.

These were PERFECT for my trip to Kauai. The beach we were near had hidden rocks in the sand - big volcanic rocks that hurt to step on... except for ME in my fancy shoes. I wore them almost constantly for a week and they held up great under all kinds of stress.

These shoes feel like socks but with enough of a sole that you can walk on gravel with no problem. It really is like walking barefoot. Also, these are the only water shoes that I have worn that do NOT let a bunch of debris into the shoe making you constantly have to take it off to empty it or just deal with the irritant.

They would be great for general recreational lake or beach swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing or walking a beach or wet area where shoes are needed to grip, or protect from pebbles and sharp rocks.
